Priority admission to any of MHCO’s assisted living, rehab or long-term nursing care locations.

Mennonite Home Independent Living Villas

Spacious 1 and 2-bedroom villas provide independent living in an active senior community, without the hassles of home ownership. Our age-in-place community concept provides peace of mind that the assistance or care that may be needed is available at a moment’s notice.

Mennonite Home Assisted Living Apartments

Studio and 1-bedroom assisted living apartments offer every convenience of home, with assistance available 24/7. Our “neighbor caring for neighbor” lifestyle promotes a warm and inviting atmosphere. Specialized memory care apartments and programs are also available.

Mennonite Memorial Home Assisted Living is certified by the Ohio Department of Aging as an Assisted Living Waiver provider. Mennonite Memorial Home is not currently accepting individuals who are enrolling in the Medicaid Waiver program.

Transition to Home Rehabilitation

Recover from a surgery, illness or accident in one of our private rehab rooms. Our nursing and therapy teams work together to help you gain independence and return home quickly.

Long-Term & Memory Care

Supervision and compassionate care are provided in private and semi-private rooms. Our team of licensed nurses and aides are devoted to providing the attention, care and comfort you expect.
